Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days.
Metro: 4–6 business days. Regional/interstate: 5–8 business days. Please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch.
Cartons: $20 per box. Australian Language single items: $10 per 10 items.
We can offer a refund or replacement for faulty or incorrect items. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the item is received and checked.
Email shop@biblesociety.org.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
We accept returns if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t match the description. We don’t offer returns for a change of mind.

If your order hasn’t been shipped we can arrange a change of address. Please email us at shop@biblesociety.org.au straight away so we can update it before dispatch.
We’re unable to accept cancellations due to change of mind or incorrect orders. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, contact us at shop@biblesociety.org.au urgently and we’ll do our best to assist.
We don’t offer pre-orders at this time. If an item is out of stock, we recommend checking back soon or contacting us about availability.
Yes. Many of our products are designed for churches, ministries and outreach. If you need help with a large order, please get in touch and we’ll assist you.
