Shipping policy
We want to make sure your order gets to you as smoothly as possible. Here’s what you need to know:
Delivery Options
- We currently offer Standard Shipping within Australia.
- International shipping is not available due to licensing restrictions.
- Click & Collect is not offered at this time.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Metro areas (same state): 4–6 business days.
- Regional/interstate: 5–8 business days.
Please allow at least 2 business days for dispatch before shipping timeframes begin.
Shipping Costs
For carton quantities, Standard shipping is $20 per box.
For Australian Languages single items, Standard Shipping is $10 per every 10 single items.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are delivered via Australia Post.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number. We are working to make tracking visible in your customer account for easier access.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears lost, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number to lodge an investigation. You can also contact us to lodge an investigation on your behalf.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email shop@biblesociety.org.au and our team will assist you.
