Welcome to the Bible Society Australia Shop. These Terms and Conditions explain how we operate and what you can expect when purchasing from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

By using the Bible Society Australia Shop or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligibility
Orders are available to customers within Australia only. You must be able to enter into legally binding agreements under Australian law.
We create affordable resources to support churches and ministries in their mission, made possible through the generosity of our donors. Products purchased from the Bible Society Shop are provided for ministry and personal use and are not intended for resale.
4. Products and Availability
We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours and details may vary slightly. Availability and pricing may change without notice.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway to protect your information.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
8. Cancellations
We cannot accept cancellations due to change of mind or incorrect orders. If you need urgent assistance, please email shop@biblesociety.org.au as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before dispatch.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Bible Society Australia Shop, including images, videos, designs, text, trademarks and logos, is owned by Bible Society Australia and provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission from Bible Society Australia.
