Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, here is how we can help.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted if:

• The wrong item was sent.
• The item arrived faulty. A replacement can be provided if preferred.
• The item does not match the description.

Change-of-mind returns are not offered.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in original packaging and unused.

Return Process

Email us at shop@biblesociety.org.au with:

• Your order number.
• Reason for return.
• Photo evidence if the item is damaged or faulty.

We will provide the return address once your request is approved.

We will cover return shipping costs for items that are faulty, incorrectly sent or do match the description.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and checked. We do not offer exchanges or store credit.

Cancellations

We are unable to accept cancellations due to change of mind or incorrect orders.

If you require urgent assistance, please email shop@biblesociety.org.au as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before dispatch.
